To access the design page, navigate from your dashboard to settings>organization. Choose 'design' from the left-hand panel listing.

If you do not have a preferred background, feel free to select any of the stock backgrounds provided.
Customize or Design from Scratch
If you prefer to match your organizations branding guidelines more closely, you can either set the background to reflect the design palette of your organization or you can upload your own background image.
If you have selected a background image, you can choose to have it tiled or simply have the image cover the background of your donation page. Additionally, when you have entered your organization name or uploaded your logo in Basic Settings, you can choose whether to display it to the left of your donation page or in the center.
