Once the organization has turned on pledging for the fiscal year, donors can see pledging in their console upon logging in. The steps for donors to initiate a pledge are as follows:
Step 1. Declare a Pledge
Step 2. Indicate a pledge amount
Step 3. Donors can see their progress in the dashboard and access their pledging history in the top menu.
Please note: After a donor has indicated and confirmed a pledge, only administrators can update or remove a pledge for a donor.
